We designed, fabricated & installed these faux London shade valances in a gorgeous grey/off white Sunbrella stripe in the sunroom for Topsy’s Kitchen on Kentucky Street, Petaluma.

Master Bath
We “fussy cut” this valance out of the fabric used for the master draperies. There are motorized roller shades underneath. Luxury & privacy at the push of a button.
Custom Floating Desk
We “floated” this slab of chocolate heart Acacia between two walls. The “legs” are inside the walls & the custom designed brackets take out the bounce.
Cleats are bolted into the legs & hidden in rabbets.
These brackets slide out to take up just the right amount of bounce.
We also added motorized Roman Shades under a valance.
